The 'save' facility means you can call up notes from a previous meeting, make any changes that are necessary, and save them again.
You can even pass them over your facility's intranet or the internet.
If you add a data projector, you can project whatever's shown on your PC or laptop onto the whiteboard, controlling the program from the whiteboard (not from the PC) and annotating directly on the board.
