What is LapSafe® IT Insurance?

LapSafe® IT Insurance, is an All risks insurance provider, insuring laptops, projectors, desktops and peripherals against theft, accidental damage, fire and flood. It is specifically appropriate for the laptop user, covering their equipment anywhere in the world. The policy has no excess and cover starts from less than £1 per week. With cover so cheap and comprehensive can you afford not to insure?

Who is covered?

The person named on the policy and their immediate family. In the case of businesses all members of staff are covered for use. In the case of educational establishments equipment is insured for use by pupils staff and immediate family. Friends and extended family are not covered by the policy.

What if I want to make a claim?

We send you a claim form by fax, email or post. Within two hours of receipt of your claim at our claims office one of our experienced claims handlers will try to contact you. If your equipment is damaged we will have it picked up by courier, inspected and required if possible. All repairs are covered by one-year's warranty.
